It took me a handful of pages before getting interested in this book, BUT I spent an hour and 45 minutes reading before putting it down.I do recommend picking this one up if your wanting to learn simple tricks to help you improve your mindset. I know a few parts definitely stood out to me and I am glad I found this book.It took me a total of about 3 hours (in a two day period to finish it)I purchased for my younger brother and I know it'll do him just as well.Thank you for reading and hope this helps.

Very interesting book. As a martial artist, coach and trainer, I have been practicing and applying many of the techniques discussed in this book for quite some time now. There is always more to learn though. I would definitely recommend this book to anybody interested in building a better understanding of the psychological effects that stress has on physical performance, and useful methods of training and controlling your mind. This book is filled with useful information, techniques and exercises. Well done Mr.Pierce!
This is a simple and straight forward book that provides nice tips and tricks for mental training. If you are serious about mental training, and you practice what this book provides, it will make a difference in your mental state. I continue to use all the tips and tricks on a daily basis. it's a great book it's easy to read and it gives you a ton of tips if you work in treating into some sort of competition or something and you were dealing with anxiety or stress it's also a quick read took me about three days and the knowledge and it is worth retaining.
